Q: Do you only book DJ events that are in Charlotte, Asheville or Andrews NC?
A: No, I have supplied DJ service for many events in other locations in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Tennessee.
Whether an event is in Charlotte, Asheville, Chattanooga, Atlanta or any place else, I consider it my professional DJ responsibility to supply what people will enjoy in the manner that has been specified.
Q: Will you be the DJ at our wedding reception or party?
A: Absolutely! As the exclusive DJ for Alex' DJ Entertainment, Inc. I will personally provide MC services and music at your wedding reception or party.
Many DJs listed in the phone book or on the internet are actually booking agents who contract with local part-time DJs (some with questionable experience) to perform at wedding receptions and other events.
Q: Do you charge extra for set up time?
A: The time indicated on your DJ contract is the time that I will actually be providing DJ services at your wedding, wedding reception or party.
I will start setting up two hours before the contracted start time to make sure that all DJ sound equipment and lighting is assembled and music is playing when your guests arrive.
Q: Why don't you supply all your DJ information and forms on your web site?
A: That would be possible and easier but I prefer a more direct contact with people who hire me as their DJ.
As we discuss details concerning the wedding, wedding reception or party, I become more aware of your preferences both in how I set up the DJ equipment and the music that is played.
If changes become necessary, I am better able to make suggestions that may be helpful.
People I work for are more than customers, I consider them friends who can e-mail, phone or meet with me when they need to.
